Cancellations

Before professional work starts, a cancellation request will be considered against the agreed scope and any payment-gateway charges or work already completed. Once document review, drafting, filing preparation, consultation or another customised service has begun, the completed portion and committed third-party costs are not refundable.

Free Financial Reporter

The Financial Reporter and its PDF and CSV exports are free. No website checkout is required to use this tool. Questions about an earlier paid service can be raised through the Contact page with the original reference.

How to request review

Use the Contact page or call 7010745342 with the payment reference and a short explanation. Eligible refunds are returned through the original payment route within the payment provider’s normal processing period.
